Chef Red Garcia of Kalye DC will represent the Philippine Embassy at the 2017 Embassy Chef Challenge to be held at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center on May 24, 2017.




The Philippines’ kutsinta and empanada served with kalamansi juice were provided to guests during the event which attracted about 200 participants.
